Con 82 plantas y 282 metros de altura, el 30 Park Place es un elegante rascacielos coronado en el 2015 y finalizado en el 2016. Este edificio residencial también es conocido como el 99 Church Street por su ubicación junto al famoso Woolworth Building e incluso hay quien lo llama el edificio del Four Seasons, por el famoso hotel que está en sus primeras plantas que, además, también gestiona las residencias de las plantas superiores.

El 30 Park Place ha sido diseñado por los Arquitectos Robert A.M. Stern, conocido por haber diseñado museos, universidades, la Biblioteca Presidencial y varios rascacielos en Nueva York. Es una torre que redefine el skyline de Manhattan y su elegante y esbelta estructura de piedra caliza contrasta con los edificios acristalados como el One World Trade Center. En sus primeras 22 plantas ofrece un hotel y más arriba, residencias exclusivas. Destacan también los apartamentos a cuatro vientos de los últimos pisos con terraza rpivada y vistas tan bellas como impactantes.

Evidentemente, salvo que estés alojado en el hotel, vivas en uno de los apartamentos de aquí o algún buen amigo te haya invitado, será imposible que accedas a este edificio que, además, ofrece hasta piscina climatizada cubierta y un salón de baile para sus residentes, entre otros muchos detalles de lujo y diseño.
